Casa del Sol originally open its doors in 1997.

In September 2015, Tom Lynch one of Casa's original employees purchased the restaurant from the previous owner.

 

Still keeping with the Mexican theme Tom and his wife Kathy developed a new menu with some amazing dishes including Skirt Steak Fajitas, Brisket Burritos & Mexican Lollipops (homemade chorizo, stuffed with pineapple and wrapped in bacon).

Casa's menu also features many vegetarian option such as Portobello and Goat Cheese Tacos, Spinach, Rice and Bean Burritos and Seasonal Veggie options for tacos and enchiladas.

Casa del Sol has always been a haven for artist and musicians alike.

 

Come check out the Nyack Art Collectives First Friday Art Show (first Friday of every month), featuring works from local artist on display.

On the second Friday of every month Casa host a one-of-a-kind drum circle (Drink & Drum).

Local musicians gather every Thursday evening for our famous Casa Jam. And Friday and Saturday nights we have live Music with bands ranging from reggae, funk, classic rock and more....
